Fell and Fire — Mobile Sauna, Ice Plunge & Wellness Events

Fell & Fire brings proper wood-fired sauna tent and cold plunge experiences out onto the fells and moorland around Leek, across the Peak District and beyond. Sessions run as guided, one-hour contrast therapy rounds for small groups, with a Nordic bell tent for rest and recovery between rounds — all set on private land, away from the usual spa setting.

We work with private clients, venues, gyms and sports clubs, and events — and we bring the same experience directly to businesses through our Wellness Corporate Days: buildable packages designed to take your team out of the office and into a proper wellness experience. Choose the elements that suit your group — guided hot-and-cold rounds, bell tent downtime, and optional extras — for a distinctive, hands-on alternative to conventional corporate wellness, built around real recovery rather than a tick-box perk.
